With over a billion users worldwide, Apple.com is more than just a website—it’s Apple’s global storefront, its voice to the world, and a key driver of customer experience and business growth. As a designer, and later the lead for Global Navigation design, I help shape the systems that guide millions of people through the site every day.
This includes major updates to the navigation, search, and shopping bag experiences—the core touchpoints that help users find, explore, and buy Apple products. As part of a broader initiative to improve product discoverability and scale with Apple’s growing product ecosystem, we introduced new flyout panels that made it easier to surface relevant content quickly, bring clarity to complex product offerings and reduce friction in the user journey.
Future of Wayfinding
Later, I contributed to a bold reimagining of navigation for Apple.com—an unreleased, future-facing exploration that challenged us to think beyond traditional web patterns. From foundational structure to conceptual flow, the work pushed us to imagine what navigation could become in a world where content, commerce, and conversation increasingly blur.
